Memberships are commonly for a 12 month period, normally ending the same day as the next Annual General Meeting. New memberships are at the full year rate, regardless of when you apply to be a member.
Should there be a requirement for you to receive a refund of your membership dues, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the full months remaining to the next Annual General Meeting.
Canberra Harley Owners Group (CHOG) branded products have a minimum quantity requirement. H.O.G.® branded products do not require a minimum quantity to be ordered. When the minimum order quantity amount of CHOG branded products is ordered via Member Jungle, the Merchandise Officer will place an order with the approved merchandise supplier. Due to this requirement, it may take sometime to get your CHOG branded order in if we cannot make up the required minimum quantity.
There is no delivery service provided for mechandise ordered. All CHOG and H.O.G.® merchandise ordered and paid for is to be picked up from Canberra Harley-Davidson®, 281 Canberra Avenue, Fyshwick, ACT, 2609 unless other arrangements have been made with the Merchandise Officer. The Mechandise Officer will contact the member when the merchandise is available for pick up.
